Centers for Optimal Living are designed to provide extended luxury lifestyle services to luxury five-star hotels and resorts who attract high-net-worth wellness travel enthusiasts, prestigious luxury estate developments seeking to increase the lifestyle benefits of their residents, and exclusive private golf, social and country clubs that desire holistic membership services.  The global luxury travel market is projected to exceed $1.5 trillion by 2030, and we’re focusing on key growth regions like Central Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and select U.S. cities where demand is surging.

Lumera offers select UHNWI operators a unique integration opportunity – we are valued collaborative partners, not competitors. There are layers of operating support Lumera can provide in addition to the Center of Optimal Living integration. Our discipline experts will educate, train, and orient select staff on holistic wellness practices, fully guide the science-led care, and integrate our lifestyle experience programming centered on curated local partnerships, first-in-class health practices, and tech-enabled personalization through our proprietary software.

We plan to launch our flagship property within 18–24 months in a marquee destination, followed by 14 additional locations over the next 5-10 years. Each site is chosen for its cultural relevance, tourism growth, and strategic value for brand positioning.

Owners, investors, and development partners have the option of constructing a new Center for Optimal Living or having Lumera advise on the best approach for integrating into an existing site or spa location. Using a luxury resort example, Lumera will immediately add $1,000 on average to the TRevPOR of a five-star hotel. We anticipate profit margins of 20-25% for a standalone Center for Optimal Living in a resort setting which can increase by 5%-10% in certain operating models where operating costs are part of the resort operation. The value to private residential communities and clubs can be flexible based on your dues or membership model, however, in all cases, Lumera will increase loyalty and deliver strong asset appreciation potential through long-term stability and multi-generational use.

Our primary goal is to integrate into owned assets by affording developers, owners, and investors the opportunity to build a Center for Optimal Living into existing footprints or with new build investment. This allows for a balance of capital efficiency with long-term value creation and afford operational control to our partners.
